ISE344 Engineering Team Management

The major objective of this course is to have students become familiar with the literature on teams, managing engineers and scientists, Group decision-making, motivation, leadership, infrastructures’ requirements, performance measurement, team diversity, conflict, and integration.

Students will also be able to apply what they learn to real or hypothetical situations.
